Mix flour and salt; cut in shortening to cornmeal texture. In separate bowl mix egg, vinegar, and water. Add to dry ingredients. Makes 3 single crusts. Divide dough and roll out on lightly floured *No Mess Dough Board* cover. It does not take a lot fo flour to roll this crust out. Also great for tarts, cobblers, and dried pies. Bake at 375 degrees F or until golden.
Special Tip: If you have extra dough left, this crust is great for simple chocolate or cinnamon rolls. Just butter top of crust and sprinkle with cocoa and sugar. Roll up and bake until golden. Kids love these!
