  1. In 2 qt container, add mint and bruise leaves.  Add in loose black tea.  Pour boiling water over mix, and let steep for 5 minutes.

    Strain, and then store in 1 qt container.

    in 2 1/2 qt pitcher, add 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 cup of tea concentrate, juice and rind of 2 lemons and 1 orange.

    Fill with ice water.
