  1. Soak Lentils in water for several hours, preferably overnight.
  2. The lentils will have swollen, so rinse and drain.
  3. Add eggs and water to Lentils. Puree with an immersion blender.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients (Except Sesame Seeds)
  5. Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil. Layer in parchment paper.
  6. Add dough into pan, spreading and leveling out.
  7. Make a slit.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown.
