Mix flour + salt, then add water + oil. Knead 2–3 min until smooth.

Rest 10 minutes (covered).

Roll very thin (1–2 mm if you can).

Brush with olive oil, sprinkle salt + spices, dock with a fork.

Bake at 400°F for 8–12 min (flip once) until crisp.

Cool, snap into chips.
