Blue-Cheese Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon lemon juice or white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon water or milk
¹⁄₄ tsp granulated garlic
Black pepper to taste
Pinch of salt, only if needed

Instructions

Mix and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
