🍅🍑 Tomato & Peach Salad with Basil and Mozzarella
Ingredients

ripe
peaches, sliced into wedges
3
heirloom or beefsteak tomatoes, sliced
200
g
fresh mozzarella or burrata
(7 oz)
1/4
cup
fresh basil leaves

tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
1
tbsp
balsamic glaze
(or aged balsamic vinegar)
Flaky salt & cracked black pepper
Instructions

Arrange peach and tomato slices on a platter.

Tear mozzarella into chunks and scatter over.

Tuck in basil leaves.

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic.

Season lightly with salt & pepper.
