🍯 Candied Pecans
Ingredients

(half white, half brown works beautifully)

cayenne

pecan halves
Instructions

Whisk egg white + water until frothy. Toss pecans to coat.

Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt (and cayenne if using). Sprinkle over nuts, toss to coat.

Spread on parchment-lined sheet. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 35–40 min, stirring every 10 minutes.

Cool completely — they crisp as they cool.
