Apple Slaw
Ingredients

crisp apples
(Honeycrisp, Pink Lady, or Granny Smith)

small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
(or celery root if preferred)

carrot, julienned

fresh dill, chopped
Dressing

mayonnaise

tbsp
Greek yogurt

tsp
Dijon mustard

tsp
apple cider vinegar

tsp
honey
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Mix dressing until smooth.

Toss apples, fennel, carrot, and dill in dressing.
