Preheat oven to 350. Combine milk, egg, parsley, and onion. Stir in bisquick until just moistened; add cheese and mix as little as possible to distribute cheese evenly. Place dough in an ungreased 9-inch cake pan. Slowly drizzle margarine over dough. Bake 25-30 minutes or until center springs back when pressed lightly. Do not overbake. Remove from oven and invert cheese bread on serving plate. Cut into 6-8 wedges.
