Combine all the ingredients but the dough; set aside. Using lightly floured No Mess Dough Board roll pasta dough into a 6x20 rectangle. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture 1 inch from the edge and at 2 inch intervals. Dampen edges and gaps between cheese with water. Fold over dough to meet other edge. Press dough along edge and between gaps to seal. Press out any air pockets then cut pasta between gaps. With a fork press edges to seal. Cook in boiling water for 7 to 9 minutes or until they begin to float to top. Serve with your favorite tomato sauce.
