Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients
  • 1 large orange (chopped)
  • 2 cup whole cranberries
  • 1 medium apple (chopped)
  • 1/2 medium sized white onion (chopped, substitute with celery, chive, asophoetida)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 16 oz canned cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
Instructions
  1. Place orange, apple, onion, and cranberries in a pan over medium heat.

    Add water, cranberry sauce, sugar, and spices and bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer until it thickens (30 to 35 minutes), stirring occasionally.

    Serve chilled or warm.
