  1. Cube & brown the tofu in a large Skillet
  2. Remove browned tofu and add onion & garlic to the pan; brown
  3. Add Garam Masala→ allow to bloom
  4. 3) Add yogurt & tomato paste - simmer for 10 minutes
  5. 4) Add chickpeas + tofu back in; bring to simmer
  6. 5) Garnish w/ parsley & lime juice
