Creamy Chana Masala
Ingredients

3-4 Garlic, minced

Onion or Subst.;diced small

Coconut Milk → Yogurt

Tofu, extrafirm

Tomato Paste

Chick Peas, drained

Cilantro/Parsley

Instructions

Cube & brown the tofu in a large Skillet

Remove browned tofu and add onion & garlic to the pan; brown

Add Garam Masala→ allow to bloom

3) Add yogurt & tomato paste - simmer for 10 minutes

4) Add chickpeas + tofu back in; bring to simmer

5) Garnish w/ parsley & lime juice
