Frozen Strawberry Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
  • 3 cup Homemade Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
Instructions
  1. Mix the other ingredients, except for the strawberries, in a medium-sized container until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the yogurt to a 1.5- or 2-quart ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.

  2. Add the strawberry slices during the final minute of freezing. Freeze for 2-4 hours in an airtight container. Before serving, allow it to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
