Mix the other ingredients, except for the strawberries, in a medium-sized container until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the yogurt to a 1.5- or 2-quart ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Add the strawberry slices during the final minute of freezing. Freeze for 2-4 hours in an airtight container. Before serving, allow it to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
