Granny Lily’s Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  • 1/2 oz sugar
  • 2 oz water
  • Various fruits to taste
  • 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 1/2 oz sliced almonds
  • whipped cream to serve
Instructions
  1. Boil the sugar and water to form a syrup.

  2. Slice the fruit into a bowl and pour the syrup over it.

  3. Stir in the raspberry vinegar and sprinkle the almonds over the top.

  4. Serve cool and spoon the cream over the top.
