  1. Hibiscus Tea Concentrate:
  2. Steep 10–15 min, strain, and chill. This makes enough for 3–4 mocktails.
  3. Mocktail Instructions:
  4. Fill a shaker or jar with ice.
  5. Add hibiscus concentrate, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and sweetener.
  6. Shake or stir well.
  7. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  8. Top with sparkling water or soda and garnish.
