Hibiscus Paloma Mocktail

Floral, tart, and lightly sparkling.
Ingredients

hibiscus tea concentrate
(see below)

oz
fresh grapefruit juice
1/2
oz
fresh lime juice
(or Yuzu)
1/2
oz
simple syrup
(or honey syrup)

oz
2–3 sparkling water or grapefruit soda
Ice
Garnish: grapefruit wedge, lime wheel, or edible flower
Hibiscus Tea Concentrate:
1/2
cup
dried hibiscus petals
(or 2 hibiscus tea bags)

hot water

Optional: Tbsp honey or sugar

Hibiscus Tea Concentrate:

Steep 10–15 min, strain, and chill. This makes enough for 3–4 mocktails.

Mocktail Instructions:

Fill a shaker or jar with ice.

Add hibiscus concentrate, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and sweetener.

Shake or stir well.

Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.

Top with sparkling water or soda and garnish.
