Hummus

Ingredients
  • 2 can cooked chick-peas (strained)
  • 1/3 cup Tahin(i)
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup black olives (seeded)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley (add after blending)
  • rye toast fingers
  • strips of unleavened bread
Instructions
  1. Combine all but parsley in food processor.  Blend until smooth. Transfer to bowl, add in parsley on top.
