Instant Pot Hummus

Ingredients
  • 2 cup dried chickpeas
  • 4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced, peel)
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 4 cloves clove garlic (or more)
Instructions
  1. Pressure cook the chickpeas for 45 minutes on high.

  2. Place the chickpea in a food processor along with the tahini, lemon juice, salt, and garlic.

  3. Blend until smooth and add the chickpea water (aquafaba) if needed.

  4. Taste it for any salt or lemon and adjust as necessary.

  5. Store in an air tight container.
