Instapot Baked Beans

Ingredients
  • 15 oz Canned red kidney beans
  • 15 oz Canned Pinto Beans
  • 15 oz Canned Great Northern Beans
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (substitute Passata. brown sugar, cider vinegar)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Coarse brown mustard
  • 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
  1. Add Bacon to the inner pot.  Pre-heat - Saute Normal.  Cook each side until just cooked (Saute, Normal - 3 minutes).  Transfer bac to plate lined with a paper towel.  Chop bacon into pieces, and return bacon to the inner pot.

  2. Add canned red kidney beans, pinto beans, great northern beans, water, ketchup (substitute), brown sugar, coarse ground mustard, and chili power to the inner pot. Close and lock the lid, and turn the steam release handle to Sealing.  Pressure cook High, Natural Venting, 8 minutes.  

  3. Release pressure, natural venting, 15 minutes.  Release pressure - quick venting. Stir, Serve.
