- 1 tbsp 1–2 honey (or skip entirely)
- 1 tbsp 1–2 extra-virgin olive oil (sounds odd; actually lovely with citrus + berries)
- 1 tbsp 1–2 chopped pistachios or toasted almonds for crunch
