Jim Coleman’s Barbequed Ribs

Instructions

  1. Place ribs in a non reactive container.. Pour marinade over the ribs, turning to coat.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Prepare grill. Grill ribs over low heat, turning occasionally, 1 1/2 hours or until done.  During last 30 minutes of cooking, brush ribs several times with sauce. Remove ribs from grill and cut into serving pieces. Makes four to six servings.
