Joyce’s Carrot Cake
Description
This is a cake LadyWayfarer often asked her mom to make for her birthday. Traditionally made in a bundt pan and dressed with a light confectioner's glaze.

Instructions

Sift flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon together.
Beat eggs, add sugar and oil
Add to flour mixture
Once thoroughly mixed, pour in a greased and flour cake pan(s)
[Note: adjust baking time if not baked in one large bundt pan.]
Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
