Longan and Goji Berry Tea

Rinse the dried longans and goji berries under cold water.

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.

Add the dried longans, goji berries, and ginger slices (if using) to the boiling water.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15–20 minutes.

Taste the tea and sweeten with honey or rock sugar, if desired. Stir until dissolved.

Strain the tea into cups and serve warm.
Note
• The softened longans and goji berries can be eaten for added flavor and nutrients.
• Ginger is optional but adds extra warmth and spice to the tea.
