Marty’s Mint Sorbet

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup Peppermint Tea infusion (1.5 cups mint leaves, 1.5 cups boiling water, steep for 15-20 minutes, strain)
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cup water
Instructions
  1. Make mint infusion, and add to pan with 2 cups of sugar.  Heat until sugar dissolves.

  2. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

  3. Combine all ingredients, and follow machine instructions on making sorbet.
