Cream shortening, eggs, and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill dough.

Roll into balls the size of walnuts -- roll in mixture of 2 Tbsp sugar and 2 tsp of cinnamon.  Place on cookie sheets and bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
