Mongolian Beef with Boiled Rice

Ingredients
  • 500 g Stewing Beef
  • 4 tbsp Corn Flour (Substitute Potato Starch)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 150 ml Soy Sauce
  • 150 ml water
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 5 large carrots
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 4 tbsp peas
  • 4 tbsp sweet corn (substitute bell pepper?)
  • 2 large onions (substitute celery, chives, asophotida)
  • 3 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 3 tsp Ginger
Instructions
  1. Just braise the beef in flour (Browned) and add all to slow cooker or pressure cooker.  Cook fo 6 hours on low (2.5 hours on high), or pressure cook for 30 minutes.
