2 small onions (minced (substitute celery, hing, and chives))
1qt shucked clams
6 - 8 medium potatoes
water (clam h2o)

1 -2 cans of evaporated milk
1/2tsp pepper

Fry pork til golden - add onion & cook 2-3 minutes; arrange pot and hard parts of clams in layers over onions cover c cold H2O - heat to boiling & simmer til pot are soft
