  1. Form the Pasta

    Combine the flour and pumpkin, forming a dough.  Work the dough until firm and smooth.  Place under a bowl for  30 minutes or more.

  2. Start the Sauce

    After 30 minutes, start a large pot of salted water to boil (for the paste).  In a large pan,  saute the onion/chopped celery in the oil.  After a few minutes, add in the Spinach leaves and stir.  Add in Garlic and stir to combine.  Reduce sauce pan temperature while preparing the pasta.

  3. Pasta cutting

    Divide pasta ball into two.  With the first, grab the ball, and cut pieces with scissors from the ball into the boiling water.  Cook until done, adding to the sauce pan.  Cook all the pasta.
