Wash and hull strawberries, put 4 aside for garnish. Crush the berries and stir in 1/3 cup sugar. Place 2 1/2 tablespoons cold water in a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over it and stir mixture over hot water until gelatine is dissolved. Take off heat and stir 2 Tablespoons of the crushed berries into the gelatine. Stir this mixture into the rest of the crushed fruit. Beat whipping cream until stiff and mix with the fruit mixture. Spoon into 4 dessert bowls and garnish with a strawberry.
