Topped with Poppy Seed Dressing
Prepare all fruits and thread on skewers. Place on a tray covered with triple thickness of paper towels; cover with plastic wrap until ready to serve. When ready to serve, decorate a plate with lettuce leaves or mint; tope with fruit kabobs. Drizzle each kebob with 1-2 teaspoons of dressing. Serves 6-10 depending on size of kebobs and amount of fruit used.
Place all ingredients except poppy sees in blender jar. Blend 2-3 minutes. Pour into small jar and add poppy seeds.
