Ingredients
  • 2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
Instructions
    Preparations
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add tomatoes then reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.

  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute before adding the feta.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped basil.

  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with toasted baguette slices.
