  1. Add water to jello in saucepan - stir to mix - simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes.  Stir in 1 Tbsp juice and peel.  Pour into wet 8” square cake pan - cool and chill till firm.

  2. Cut into 1” squares - toss the pieces in confectioner’s sugar.
