Berry Ashwagandha Gummies

Servings: 48

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. If using powdered gelatin, put the cold water in a small saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Let bloom 5 minutes. Add the juice and heat gently while whisking until completely dissolved — don't boil.
  2. If using sheets, cut sheets into small strips, and bloom the gelatin in the cold water for 5 minutes. Add the juice and heat gently while whisking until completely dissolved
  3. Remove from heat, stir in honey, lemon and salt, and let cool for a few minutes. Thoroughly whisk in the ashwagandha last. Fill the 2.5 mL cavities and refrigerate 1–2 hours.
  4. Because these contain an active supplement, I'd keep these in a distinct mold shape from the ordinary candy gummies. That's a nice safety feature as well as useful on stream.
