1 pie crust
1 pound ricatta
3 eggs
2 tablespoons Parsley (chopped)
¹⁄₄ teaspoon ground pepper
1 cup mozzerella (grated)
4 ounces proscutto (sliced thin (shred with knife))
¹⁄₄ cup romano cheese (grated)

Instructions

Add filling to crust.
Add lattice crust to top, 6 strips one way, 6 strips on top diagonal.
Bake in 350 degree oven approx. 40 minutes on bottom rack.
