Wine for the Heart
Ingredients

stems fresh parsley, with leaves

bottle
wine, about 3 cups

tbsp
wine vinegar
1/2
cup
to ⅔ cup honey, to taste
Instructions

Put the parsley and wine in a saucepan.

Bring gently to a simmer.

Add the wine vinegar.

Add enough honey to sweeten, starting with ½ cup.

Simmer briefly, then strain.

Serve warm or cooled in small cordial-sized portions.
